• Record information using facility-approved abbreviations and documentation.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and warm environment for residents on the unit.
• Assist with daily activities and personal care per residents' care plans.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and report equipment problems to the supervisor.
• Respect patient privacy and protect health information at all times.
• Participate in nursing reports and follow established policies and procedures.
