Job summary

Fountain Valley Community Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans. You will identify residents, assist with activities of daily living, and document care and observations.

In this role you will report changes to the Nurse Supervisor, maintain a safe, warm environment, and support preparation for tests and procedures as needed. A valid CNA license is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.
• 10th grade education minimum.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals as necessary.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts accurately and clearly.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain a warm, personal atmosphere and assist residents with daily living activities.
• Prepare residents for medical tests and transport them as needed.
• Follow established policies for infection control, safety, and patient confidentiality.
