Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before care activities using wristband/photo ID.
• Record vitals and care notes accurately.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisor promptly.
• Protect resident privacy and follow HIPAA guidelines.
