Job summary

The State of Wisconsin, Southern Wisconsin Center in Union Grove, is seeking two Resident Care Supervisors for second or third shift. The role requires supervising CNAs, implementing active treatment plans, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to monitor resident progress.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach and develop CNAs of all levels.
• Participate in development and daily implementation of Active Treatment Plans for residents.
• Coach staff in treatment programs designed by an interdisciplinary team and monitor progress.
