Qualificações

• Possession of an Associate’s degree in Nursing.

• 2 years of clinical, long-term care experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• RN license by State of Wisconsin, CPR certification, and CEUs.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews residents' condition and treatments; monitors acutely ill residents.
• Provides clinical nursing expertise in managing complex needs and emergencies.
• Supervises nursing staff and ensures policy compliance.
• Conducts performance evaluations for nursing personnel.
• Assists in orienting new staff and makes staffing recommendations.
