Introduction
The Department of Health Services (DHS) ), Southern Wisconsin Center (SWC) is recruiting for two Resident Care Supervisors (RCS).
We are hiring for Second shift (2:45 PM - 11:15 PM) or Third shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM). All shifts are required to work every other weekend. This recruitment may be used to fill future vacancies on all three shifts.

As An RCS, You Will Be Responsible For
Selected candidate must obtain and maintain CNA licensure within one year of entering this position.
We are looking for individuals that can multi-task the dynamic workload at SWC.
The starting salary is between $36.37 and $37.17 per hour (approximately between $75,600 and $77,300 per year), depending on experience, plus excellent benefits. A 12-month probationary period is required.
Pay for current or former state employees will be set based on the rules that apply to compensation for the applicable transaction. The Resident Care Supervisor is in pay schedule and range 81/04.
All applicants who may be appointed to this position will be required to allow DHS to conduct a background check to determine whether the circumstances of any conviction may be related to the job being filled.
All appointees will be required to receive a TB test, which will be administered by SWC, or medical personnel approved by the facility prior to their start date.
This position has physical requirements which may include but are not limited to lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, crawling, twisting, and balancing. Applicants will be required to pass a physical evaluation to assess these requirements.
