Greendale Park Nursing & Rehab in Greendale, Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead our care teams and uphold exceptional patient outcomes. You will oversee RNs, LPNs/LVNs, and CNAs to coordinate individualized plans and ensure consistent, high‑quality care.

This role emphasizes staff development, process improvement, and collaboration with physicians, therapists, and other caregivers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (BSN/MSN) required.
• Minimum years of RN experience with supervisory/leadership exposure.
• Current RN license and active credentials.

Responsabilidades

• Leadership: guide a team of RNs, LPNs/LVNs, and CNAs to deliver high-quality care.
• Patient Care: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Quality Improvement: drive process improvements to improve outcomes and reduce readmissions.
• Communication: collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare professionals.
• Staff Development: educate and mentor staff to enhance patient care skills.
