Job summary

Center for Humanistic Change of NJ, Inc. (CHCNJ) seeks an Assistant Manager for our Washington NJ Group Home in Warren County.

The role requires prior experience with people with developmental disabilities in a community-based residential setting and a college degree is preferred. The position offers day, evening and weekend hours with schedule flexibility when program needs arise, under the supervision of the Program Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience working with people with developmental disabilities in a community-based residential setting.
• College degree preferred.
• Schedule flexibility with day, evening and weekend hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support staff at the program under supervision of the Program Manager.
• Provide encouraging, person-centered support to individuals served.
