Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months supervisory experience.
• Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must obtain C.N.A. or Personal Care Aide Certificate (80-Hour) within 6 months.
• Must obtain 15-Hour Medication Aide Certificate within 30 days of hire.
• Must be CPR certified or willing to obtain.
• Must have Medication Aide Certification within 60 days of Check off.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and supervise staff during shifts.
• Ensure medications are administered safely and per policy.
• Develop and implement procedures to reduce medication errors.
• Complete forms, charts, and reports as required.
• Participate in QA Programs and regulatory surveys/inspections.
• Attend care plan meetings and continuing education.
• Maintain resident safety and dignity, and protect confidentiality.
