Job summary

Paddington Place Cottages is seeking a CMA-certified supervisor to support individuals with intellectual disabilities. This role includes informal supervision of Habilitation Coaches, oversight of nursing services, behavioral training, and planning outings for residents.

The position requires CMA certification or willingness to obtain it, ability to work any shift (primary 2-10), and participation in on-call staffing. Competitive benefits and higher pay scales are offered.

Qualifications

• CMA certification or willingness to obtain CMA certification.
• Ability to work any shift with primary assignment 2-10.
• Able to participate in on-call staffing and/or assistance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Habilitation Coaches and coordinate daily activities.
• Administer and monitor medications as directed.
• Plan outings and activities for residents.
• Maintain safety, documentation, and adherence to review plans.
• Communicate with IDT and families, ensure quality care.
• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
