Qualifications

• CMA certification or willingness to obtain CMA Cert.
• Ability to work any shift with primary assignment 2-10.
• On-call staffing and/or assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide informal supervision and leadership for Habilitation Coaches.
• Plan, organize, coordinate and delegate tasks; foster teamwork.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; document accurately.
• Support resident services including daily living activities and safety.
• Participate in IDT discussions and ensure adherence to treatment plans.
