Paddington Place Cottages in Oklahoma is seeking a compassionate house manager/CMA to provide informal supervision of Habilitation Coaches, oversee nursing services, and coordinate resident activities. This role requires CMA certification or willingness to obtain it, ability to work varied shifts (primary 2-10), participate in on-call staffing, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• CMA certification required or willingness to obtain CMA certification.
• Ability to work any shift with primary assignment 2–10.
• Willingness to participate in on-call staffing and/or on-call assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provides informal supervision and leadership for Habilitation Coaches.
• Plans, coordinates and delegates resident activities and outings.
• Administers medications and treatments and charts results per physician orders.
• Maintains documentation and ensures safety in daily operations.
• Collaborates with IDT members to adjust care plans and services.
