Job summary
Paddington Place Cottages seeks compassionate CNAs to provide daily nursing care to residents with intellectual disabilities, following care plans and supervision directions. Weekend doubles and overnight shifts are available, with a supportive team environment and opportunities for education assistance.
Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring residents, and communicating changes to the care team.
Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Must demonstrate ability to provide care appropriate to residents' age-related needs.
- Must collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Responsibilities
- Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident care plans.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living.
- Communicate resident condition and needs to the care team and supervisors.
