Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support residents in a senior living community. You will assist with ADLs, follow ISPs, and document observations while promoting safety, dignity, and independence.

You will engage residents in conversations and activities, support dining services, and help maintain a welcoming environment. Experience with memory care and strong communication with families are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, age 18 or older.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes or observations.
• Promote residents’ safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents in conversation and daily activities to enhance well-being.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members.
• In Memory Care settings, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
