Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a caregiver to provide hands-on support to seniors, assisting with ADLs and promoting quality of life. You will follow ISP, document changes, and ensure safety, dignity, and independence for residents.

You will engage residents in conversation, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment while communicating with families and the care team. Experience in memory care is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Demonstrates compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow individualized service plans (ISP) and document any changes.
• Ensure safety, dignity, and independence of residents.
• Engage residents in conversation and daily activities to foster meaningful connections.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members.
• Create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings.
