Job summary

You will follow individualized care plans to promote safety, dignity, and independence while engaging residents through conversation and meaningful activities.

In Memory Care settings, you’ll create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss and collaborate with families and care teams to maintain open

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities and personal care.
• Document changes and follow care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents and support dining services.
• Maintain a clean environment and communicate effectively with families and care teams.
