LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support with ADLs, follow ISP documentation, and promote safety and independence. You will engage residents with conversations and activities to enhance quality of life while maintaining a clean environment and supporting dining services.

The role emphasizes compassionate communication, reliability, and memory-care tailored experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Strong communication, compassion and reliability required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence and engage residents through conversation and activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members.
• Provide enriching experiences for memory care residents.
