Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a caregiver to provide hands-on support for seniors, promoting safety, dignity and independence. You will assist with ADLs, follow individualized service plans, and document changes while engaging residents in conversations and activities, including memory care enrichment.

The role emphasizes meaningful relationships with residents, quality of care, and collaboration with families and the care team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• 18+ years of age and reliable with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on ADL support, promoting safety, dignity, and independence.
• Assist with dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Document changes and follow individualized service plans for each resident.
• Communicate effectively with families and care team; engage residents in conversations and activities, including memory care enrichment.
