LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents, assisting with ADLs and personal care. You will follow ISPs, document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence while engaging residents in conversations and activities.

In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Effective communication with families and care team members is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) to support residents.
• Document changes and promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and activities; support dining services.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss; communicate with families and care team.
