Job summary

Road To Responsibility, Inc. (RTR) is seeking Residential Support Staff to help individuals with developmental disabilities live independently and thrive in a residential setting.

You’ll provide hands-on care, support daily living skills, coordinate medical appointments, administer medications, and document progress as part of a collaborative team.

A $2,500 sign-on bonus, comprehensive health and dental insurance, 403(b), paid time off, and other benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and the internet.
• Willing to authorize background checks.
• Able to complete mandated trainings, including medication administration.
• Able to perform essential duties with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and support daily living skills.
• Assist with personal care and mobility as needed.
• Coordinate medical appointments and community activities.
• Administer medications following proper procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Complete documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with families and care providers.
