Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide in Mechanicsburg, PA to provide quality care, assist with daily living activities, and support resident needs in a warm community.

You will assist with meals, activities, and mobility, document resident status, respond to alerts, and maintain confidentiality. Must have HS diploma, PCA training, CPR/First Aid, and ability to lift and assist residents.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completed approved PCA program per state regulations.
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to become within 60 days.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and assist residents.
• Able to walk/stand for extended periods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Organized and able to work with all staff levels.
• Uniform to be worn during working hours.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping duties in resident apartments and common areas.
• Respond promptly to calls for assistance or emergency alerts.
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs.
• Follow confidentiality policies regarding resident information.
• Assist new residents with move-in transition and emotional support.
• Report resident status to appropriate individuals.
• Walk residents to dining and activities.
• Communicate status and upcoming information in writing.
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Represent the community professionally.
• Other duties as assigned.
