Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Resident Assistant in RCAC or CBRF preferred.
• Ability to provide person-centered care and respond to resident needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Administer medications following the Five Rights: right resident, right medication, right dose, right time, right route.
• Assist individuals at mealtime including food prep and supervision; ensure diet is followed.
• Provide supervision to maintain safety and keep areas clean after meals.
• Document care provided and report progress; participate in developing individualized services.
• Coordinate with Nursing Services, Physical, Speech, or Occupational Therapy as needed.
• Coordinate and accompany individuals to worksites, appointments, and community events; drive facility vehicles when required.
