Qualifications

• Experience as a Resident Care Assistant or in a residential care setting preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and administer medications per policy.
• Comfort with assisting with activities of daily living and personal care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Administer medications following the Five Rights and ISP guidelines.
• Support residents during meals and maintain a clean dining area.
• Monitor safety, report changes to supervisors, and document care.
• Assist with bed making, laundry, and housekeeping as needed.
• Answer phones and perform light clerical duties.
