Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal cares including hair washing, showering, skincare, fingernail and foot care.
• Assist with dressing, grooming and oral care.
• Assist in use of hearing aids and glasses.
• Support residents in achieving independence and daily activities.
• Administer or assist with medications as delegated by RN.
• Help with meal preparation and nutritional plans.
• Record vital signs and report changes to RN.
• Lead and participate in resident activities as scheduled.
• Communicate clearly with residents and staff using simple language.
