Job summary

Personal Care Senior Living in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated aide to provide personal care and health-related services to residents, assisting with activities of daily living as outlined in service agreements and MAR under RN supervision.

This role involves administering medications, maintaining a clean and safe environment, documenting changes, and supporting residents with daily room care and mobility.

Qualifications

• High School education/GED or previous work experience.
• CNA/ NAR or HHA Certificate preferred.
• Experience in working with older adults.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and give reminders to residents as required according to the MAR and as delegated by the RN Supervisor.
• Provide personal and direct care to residents including activities of daily living.
• Document changes in residents’ condition and report to RN Supervisor.
• Complete paperwork, review plans of care, and sign MARs monthly.
• Adhere to state regulations and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Lead activity programs and participate as a team member.
