Job summary

Heartland Senior Living is seeking a Nursing Assistant/Registered to support residents with daily living activities at our Truman, MN location. The role follows each resident’s care plan, supports ADLs, and collaborates with nursing and ancillary teams.

Qualified candidates have completed the Minnesota 75-hour competency program, can read, write and speak English, and are prepared to meet background screening requirements. Benefits included for full/part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Minnesota requires 75-hour Minnesota approved competency evaluation program.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Background study form and screening per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as per plan of care.
• Record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide assistance with feeding and mobility.
• Follow plan of care and rehabilitation procedures.
• Promote resident dignity, rights, and social engagement.
• Participate in in-service education (minimum 12 hours annually).
