Job summary

St. Gabriel's Community in Minnesota is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and to help maintain a safe, caring home environment.

You will build meaningful relationships while delivering daily living assistance with diligence and respect. In this role you’ll observe, document care, and participate in onboarding new Associates, contributing to a team focused on hospitality, stewardship, respect, and justice for our residents and colleagues

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statute.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates.
