Job summary

GREENVIEW is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents as per care plans and supervisor directions. This on-site role involves assisting with daily living activities, maintaining patient records, and upholding confidentiality and safety policies.

The CNA will identify residents, document care, report changes promptly, and cooperate with nursing staff to ensure quality care. CPR is preferred and a 10th grade education is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license (CNA).
• Minimum 10th grade education.
• Able to read and interpret general instructions and policies.
• Able to write reports and communicate clearly with staff.
• Able to present information to managers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments or meals using wristband/photo ID.
• Record and document entries accurately in charts and logs.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information per policies.
