Job summary

Haven Health Green Valley, LLC seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist in resident care under the Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing setting. You will work with licensed staff to implement care plans and ensure safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Active, Non-Probationary CNA license.
• Active CPR certification.
• Background screening and licensure verification as applicable.
• Tuberculosis testing and employee health screening after hire.
• Ability to move, lift and transfer a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care to assigned residents under the Director of Nursing.
• Coordinate with licensed care staff to ensure appropriate care as per care plans.
• Strictly follow company nursing policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
