• Identify residents before administering treatments using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts accurately and descriptively.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report suspected disclosures.
• Follow policies for exposure to blood/body fluids and maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility, including transfers and positioning.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to supervisors and document accordingly.
