Job summary

Carrollwood is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and support to residents in accordance with assessed plans, care pathways, and supervisor directions, ensuring dignity and comfort at all times.

You will assist with personal care, monitor vitals and document observations, help residents with meals, mobility, and hygiene, and promptly report changes to the Nurse Supervisor while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before providing treatments or services.
• Record entries clearly on charts and flow sheets.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor.
