Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess an active RN license in Florida.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Ability to supervise and develop nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily nursing activities during tour of duty.
• Direct nursing staff in accordance with rules and guidelines.
• Coordinate care plans, discharge planning, and resident assessments.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting to DON/ADON as needed.
