Job summary

The Carrollwood Care Center facility seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plans, maintain safety, and support residents' daily activities.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plans.
• Identify residents using wristbands or photo IDs before tasks.
• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisor.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident information and safety of care.
