Job summary

Tampa is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans. You will identify residents, document changes, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and safety on a daily basis.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, preparing residents for tests, and maintaining accurate records while upholding confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10th grade education.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services according to residents' care plans.
• Identify residents with wristband or photo ID before treatments or meals.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any disclosures.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility tasks.
• Prepare residents for medical tests and examinations as directed.
• Ensure rooms are clean, organized, and prepared for new admissions.
