Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience in social work.
• Degree in Social Work or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Social Services Director with day-to-day activities in social services.
• Coordinate care and services with residents, family, staff, and interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain and apply social work policies reflecting regulations.
• Respond to resident behavioral and psychiatric issues with assessments and referrals.
• Maintain social services caseload as assigned.
• Consult with Behavior Management Program to meet psychosocial needs.
