Responsabilités

• Assists the Social Services Director with daily activities in social services.
• Develops and maintains social work policies reflecting current standards and laws.
• Coordinates care with residents, families, staff and interdisciplinary team.
• Advocates for residents' rights and dignity in all interactions.
• Maintains knowledge of quality improvement, safety and disaster protocols.
• Assesses behavioral and psychosocial needs and refers to appropriate providers.
