Job summary

CARC, located in New Mexico, seeks a Residential Scheduling & On-Call Coordinator to ensure our homes are staffed, safe, and delivering high-quality active treatment. The role blends scheduling, staff support, client assistance, and residential operations.

You will manage schedules and coverage, support active treatment objectives, supervise Residential Instructors, assist clients with daily living needs, and maintain safe homes while ensuring proper documentation is completed.

Qualifications

• Coordinate staffing, on-call support, and new-hire scheduling.
• Ensure objectives are completed and data tracked.
• Provide guidance, training, and daily support to Residential Instructors.
• Help clients with funds, outings, visits, and daily living needs.
• Maintain safe homes, monitor cleanliness, food safety, drills, and compliance.
• Review paperwork, complete weekly forms, and support assessments.
• Experience in residential, long-term care, or rehab preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
