Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs, assist with transfers, and respond in emergencies.
• Valid New Mexico Driver’s License meeting insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call guidance, problem-solving, and mentoring to overnight teams.
• Verify active treatment, safety, and service delivery.
• Check notes, attendance, and shift records for accuracy.
• Step in as needed and collaborate with staff.
• Identify hazards and assist with fire drills.

Skills

Experience in residential care or similar settings

Strong communication skills in English

Education

High School Diploma or GED
