Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living in the United States is recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to promote health and wellbeing for residents. You will collaborate with providers and the interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive physical and psychosocial support.

The role emphasizes resident-centered care, adherence to nursing standards, and ongoing documentation within an electronic medical record system. A nursing license and CPR certification are required.

Formación

• Minimum 6 months experience as an RN
• Experience caring for seniors or cognitive impairment preferred
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and web applications
• Electronic medical records experience preferred
• Active RN license in the state of practice
• CPR certification required

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a caregiver approach
• Perform clinical duties per state nurse practice act and standards
• Promote resident independence by setting care goals and teaching residents/families
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes for comfort and safety
• Care for assigned residents with routine nursing tasks alongside care associates
• Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications as ordered
• Coordinate a holistic plan of care with the interdisciplinary team
• Support resident preferences in the electronic medical record
• Ensure documentation is current and timely
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager
