Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 months of RN experience.
• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience caring for seniors preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop relationships with residents and families, placing the resident first.
• Perform clinical duties in line with nursing standards.
• Promote independence by educating residents and families on conditions and self-care.
• Monitor resident status and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates for routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention, administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Coordinate holistic care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Respect resident preferences in the EMR and care documentation.
• Document accurately and timely; participate in care conferences as needed.
