Job summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan Albion provides individualized care using the nursing process, collaborating with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care. Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA accreditations.
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multi-state licensure if applicable.
Responsibilities
- Provides individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
- Collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement and evaluate care.
- Coordinates resident assessments, education, and various nursing interventions.
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel as appropriate.
