Job summary

Good Samaritan Albion in Nebraska is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care in a Christian-based not-for-profit setting.

The role may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, ensuring safe, quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience with assessment and care planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident education and various nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff as appropriate.
