Job summary

Good Samaritan Albion is a not-for-profit facility with a long history of serving seniors in a Christian environment. The RN provides individualized care, coordinates with families and the care team, and may serve as charge nurse while delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.

In addition to patient care, the role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, generous night and weekend differentials, and a robust benefits package for eligible full-time and part-time employees at the GSS NE Albion

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in state of practice or multistate license.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Possibly serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff as qualified.
