The Summit Senior Living in Little Rock, AR is hiring a part-time Care Partner to join our compassionate team. You will assist residents with daily activities, provide empathy, and help create a warm, inclusive environment that supports residents’ well-being.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
• Create human connections and provide empathy to enhance residents' quality of life.
• Support a warm, inclusive environment and be a dependable team member.
