Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Must have computer skills to print documents and enter information.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments and demonstrate empathy.
• Be present and contribute your talents to the team, building a supportive work environment.
• Foster an inclusive and positive atmosphere by engaging with residents, colleagues and the community.
