Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information.

Responsibilities

• Provide empathy and human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Be present and trustworthy, offering support to residents and coworkers.
• Create an inclusive, positive environment through dedicated work and teamwork.
• Be curious and engaged in personal development and training within the organization.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
