Job summary

Hcshiring is seeking a Resident Care Partner to provide compassionate direct care and to support residents’ comfort and safety. You will help maintain clean living spaces, organize leisure activities, and collaborate with Dining Services on related tasks.

The role includes assisting with activities of daily living, including grooming and transfers, ensuring residents feel valued and cared for in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent.
• Valid First Aid Certification may be required per state.
• CNA certification and/or state requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and ensure residents' comfort, safety and happiness.
• Spread happiness via housekeeping tasks to keep living spaces clean and safe.
• Plan and engage residents in leisure activities to foster socialization.
• Assist with daily living activities (grooming, hygiene, transfers) as needed.
