Job summary

Eskaton Properties Incorporated in California is seeking a Resident Care Associate to provide personal and companion care to residents in Eskaton communities. You will help with daily living activities, mobility, and documentation of care while maintaining resident dignity and safety.

You will work as part of a healthcare team, assist with bathing, dressing, meals, light housekeeping, and transportation coordination as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months' experience in providing personal care preferred.
• Valid/current first aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Offer companion care such as reading, visiting and light conversation.
• Assist with meals and personal laundry; document care provided.
• Support safety and independence while following care plans.
