Job summary

Springbrook is seeking a Residential Manager to lead Community Homes, ensuring safety, stability, and quality of life for residents who rely on our program.

You will hire and train DSPs and Assistant Residential Managers, supervise daily operations, and collaborate with families and service providers to support meaningful outcomes.

The role requires flexible scheduling, supervisory experience, and the ability to manage regulatory requirements while maintaining compassionate, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience required; four preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and assist in lifting heavier weights.
• Must be able to drive Springbrook vehicles as required.
• Must complete Springbrook New Manager Orientation.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, engage and retain Assistant Residential Managers and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies; complete documentation reviews and Medicaid billing as needed.
• Oversee on-call rotation, schedule, attendance, PTO, and staff performance.
• Conduct Life Plan meetings and reviews; participate with families, guardians, and other treatment team members.
• Maintain medications certification and uphold Springbrook Mission and Vision.
