Under the direction of the Clinical Director, you will organize the overall operation of our care services, coordinate service plans, monitor medication processes, and assist with staffing, on-call duties, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a nursing care community or related healthcare environment.
  • Knowledge of DHS Sections 83 and 89 regulations preferred.
  • Strong team player with proven leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Consistently maintains high levels of resident satisfaction.
  • Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret care services programs.

Responsibilities

  • Support nursing staff with medical assessments and resident evaluations as trained.
  • Monitor medication administration, MARs, and documentation; maintain records.
  • Coordinate service plans, communicate with physicians and pharmacies about orders.
  • Assist with coordinating appointments and transportation for residents.
  • Conduct med cart audits and ensure prompt call light responses.
  • Support quality improvement activities and staff training.
  • Participate in hiring and oversight of clinical care staff.
  • Ensure DHS 83/89 compliance and incident reports.
  • Assist with timecard corrections and payroll.
  • Available for on-call duties as needed.
